Arun valley trekking is non crowed trekking trail in Nepal. This area is located between the Everest and Makalu-Barun National Parks. It offers superb Himalayan scenery including the Everest 8848m, Makalu 8463m, Mt.Baruntse, Lhotse 8616, Nuptse , Amadablam, Thamserku etc. It is the deepest valley of the world. While walking through the jungle the tourists can view 47 verities of orchids, 30 species of rhododendron and hundreds of other flowers, rare red Panda, and 400 species of birds etc that are the great attractions of Arun valley trek.
The diverse nature as well as culture along the trail makes Arun valley trekking the most exciting experience. Walking through these picturesque Sherpa villages is the attraction of the Arun valley region. Arun valley trek is blessed with an incredible diversity of natural beauty and culture .Trekking in Arun valley provides an alternative approach to the Khumbu region trekking. It requires endurance and fitness to fully appreciate the beauty of this area. Walking north up the Arun river to Sedua and Num, then crossing Barun La 4110m.into the upper Barun Khola valley for a closest view of Makalu.
Salpa Bhanjyang is the highest point of this trek, one can take the holy dip at Salpa Pokhari pond at an altitude of 3458m. Sherpa, Rai and Limbu are the main inhabitants of this area. Arun valley decorated with an incredible diversity of nature and culture but due to its isolation and lack of tea houses only few people explore the marvelous deepest valley of the Planet. This trek is the ideal option for the trekkers who prefer a trail with less influx of tourists but want to enjoy the scenarios of beautiful valleys. Arun valley trekking offers an alternative access to the Khumbu region.

Accomodation
You will have Accommodation in Kathmandu in Hotel (twin sharing Basis), single supplement will be provided. And before starting of trek, we also use the hotel with Breakfast. During the trek, we will have accommodation at 2 men camping tent, seasonal sleeping bags with waterproof mattress. We will choose the safe seasonal camping places depends on weather condition. There will be separate toilet tent nearby your tent.
Meals
Food for the Camping trek, we will provide 3 meals a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) with hot drinks. You will take fresh cooked hygienic food (Nepali, Chinese, Indian, and Continental) which is cooked by our professional cook. We will serve boiled water to drink. Breakfast in Kathmandu/Pokhara in your hotel.
Day 1 : Arrival to Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our company representative will welcome you and drive towards the designated hotel. After a rest for a while, we will give a short briefing about our program and you will be provided with a Typical Nepali welcome Dinner in the evening.
Day 2 : Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley
Next day, we provide sightseeing guided by an expert to visit many beautiful places listed in the UNESCO heritage sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Durbar Square and many more.
