Description

Dhaulagiri 8167m.Mountain, separated from the Annapurna region by Kali Gandaki Gorge (deepest in the world) includes some fifteen peaks above 7000mt. The trekking in this area is relatively strenuous and needs some high altitude trekking experiences.

Magdi Glacier, Dhaulagiri Base camp (4750m), French Pass (5360m) (highest point of the trek)including the several peaks such as Putali Himal and Tukuche Peak gives you an excellent view of Dhaulagiri range. A hidden snow valley (after crossing French pass) gives you a heavenly test of white world. The Dhampus Pass between Tukuche peak and Thapa peak is another heaven in the trip.

Duration can be shorte or longer, depend your time and intrest. A demanding terrain, average altitude of above 5000 meters (for few days) and two passes, French Pass (5360 meters) and Dhampus Pass (5244 meters) will test the endurance of every trekkers. All this will also lead to some breathtaking landscapes and views of snowy mountains of Himalayas. Dhaulagiri Circuit Trek concludes in one of the most interesting valley of the country, Kali Gandaki Valley.

 Accomodation

You will have Accommodation in Kathmandu in Hotel (twin sharing Basis), single supplement will be provided.  And before starting of trek, we also use the hotel with Breakfast. During the trek, we will have accommodation at 2 men camping tent, seasonal sleeping bags with waterproof mattress. We will choose the safe seasonal camping places depends on weather condition. There will be separate toilet tent nearby your tent.


 Meals

Food for the Camping trek, we will provide 3 meals a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) with hot drinks. You will take fresh cooked hygienic food (Nepali, Chinese, Indian, and Continental) which is cooked by our professional cook.  We will serve boiled water to drink.  Breakfast in Kathmandu/Pokhara in your hotel.


Day 1 : Arrival to Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel
When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our company representative will welcome you and drive towards the designated hotel. After a rest for a while, we will give a short briefing about our program and you will be provided with a Typical Nepali welcome Dinner in the evening.

Day 2 : Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley
Next day, we provide sightseeing guided by an expert to visit many beautiful places listed in the UNESCO heritage sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Durbar Square and many more.
