Himalaya Family provide the accommodations during the trek are on twin sharing basis with inclusive cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene food and suitable location. Most of Lodges are well managed by rocks and wood in Everest areas. The Sherpa staffs are very friendly and kind. Most of the Lodges has clean rooms and separate Bathrooms. We will use small lodge during the trek and 2/3 star category Hotel in Kathmandu. We also provide 3/4/5 star hotel on your request.


We will provide the Food on full board basis will be served during the trek in the mountains. Three meals in a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) will be served from the the lodge. The dinner and breakfast will be served in the same lodge we spend the night. Lunch will be taken on the way to destination at a tea houses. Breakfasts will be served in Kathmandu as well. Most of the lodges has the food menu, Our Guide will suggest you the organic and hygienic local meal. Everest region has very special potatoes items on their Menu and Sherpa stew is recommend for soup.

Day 1 : Arrival to Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel
When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our company representative will welcome you and drive towards the designated hotel. After a rest for a while, we will give a short briefing about our program and you will be provided with a Typical Nepali welcome Dinner in the evening.

Day 2 : Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley
Next day, we provide sightseeing guided by an expert to visit many beautiful places listed in the UNESCO heritage sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Durbar Square and many more.

Day 3 : Fly to Lukla 2840m./ 25 Minute/ Trek to Phakding village 2610m./3hrs.
We all meet in the hotel in early morning, after Breakfast we will drive to Domestic terminal for flight to Lukla (25 minute) and a landing on a steep mountain runway brings us to the start of our trek at the village of Lukla. The trek leads to the Dudh Koshi river Valley on a well-marked trail and then stay overnight in Phakding.

Day 4 : Trek to Namche Bazaar 3440m./7hrs.
Normally we take Breakfast at 7:30 Am than start trek. Today we have to cross the Dudh Koshi River 5 times on high suspension bridges. There is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park which was set-up in order to protect and preserve the fragile mountain environment at Monjo village. After that we take a steep hike to Namche with the great views of Thamserku and Kwangde, if the weather is clear, we get the first glimpse of Mt Everest. Overnight at Namche.

Day 5 : Acclimatization trip to Syangboche View point 3850m.-Namche
Today we will do Sight seeing and explore Namche Bazaar. Namche is the main trading market of Khumbu village and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops. It is an ideal place to spend a day, acclimatizing to the new altitude before heading Tengboche. Today you visit the Everest View Hotel above Namche (1 hour walk up) for the great view of Ama Dablam 6812m, Nuptse 7879m, Lhotse 8501m and Everest 8848m. We also visit the National Park Centre and Museum just above the town.

Day 6 : Trek to Tengboche Monastery 3860m./6hrs.
The trail leads on to the side of the valley, high above the Dudh Kosi River. We get our first really good views of the great peaks of the Khumbu including Mt Everest 8848m, Lhotse 8501m, Nuptse 7879m, Ama Dablam 6812m, Thamserku 6608m, Kantega 6685m, Tabuche 6501m, Cholatse 6400m. Passing by several villages and numerous tea shops, we descend steeply to a bridge over the river at Phunki Tenga. Here we can rest before making the steep climb to Tengboche. Hike up to Tengboche presents us with many beautiful sights of rhododendron bushes with beautiful birds and superb mountain scenery. Tengboche is famous for its legendary monastery, the largest in the Khumbu valley. A spectacular panorama of Everest, Lhotse and Ama Dablam rising in the horizon can be seen from the here. Overnight in Tengboche.

Day 7 : Trek to Dingboche 4410m./6hrs.
Today we descend downhill through a rhododendron forest and cross the Imja Khola then climb gradually to the village of Pangboche. The Trail offers the exceptional views of the himalayas, with the gompa, mani walls and scattered pine forest. A further two hours walk brings us to Dingboche through the Somare village. Dingboche is the higher village in Khumbu valley. They do have potato fields and yaks. Ama Dablam Mountain is just behind from this village. This village offers fascinating views of Lhotse, Nuptse wall 7879, Island Peak 6189m, Baruntse 6430m and Ama Dablam 6812m.

Day 8 : Acclimatization trip to Chhukung 4730m- Back to Dingboche
Taday we hike to Chhukung Village and to Chhukung Ri 5300m. For the views of Makalu 8463m., Imja Lake, Island Peak, Peak 38, Baruntse, Amphu lapcha, and many peaks, that will be the better acclimatization for next day. And Back to Dingboche. 6hrs.

Day 9 : Trek Lobuche 4910m./6hrs.
The trail leads climb up to the stupa and gradually up to the Yak grazing path with the impressive peaks of Cholatse and Tawache on the left. Then take a steep climb towards the foot of the Khumbu Glacier. There is a tea house at Thugla which is a good spot to have lunch. The trail zigzags up through the boulders of the glacier's terminal moraine. At the top of this climb there are many stone cairns, built as memorials to the many Sherpa’s who have died while climbing Mt Everest. The path then climbs gently along the glacier, to eventually reach the cluster of houses at Lobuche. Overnight in Lobuche.

Day 10 : Trek to Goraksep 5180m.-Everest Base Camp 5310m.
Today we start early morning from Lobuche to reach the Everest Base Camp. It takes 2/30 hours gradually walk up to Gorek Sep with the great views of Khumbu Glacier, Nuptse, Mount Pumori, Kala Pattar, Khumbutse. We stop at Gorek Sep and Put all of our baggage to the Guest House and take some food there than start walk to the Base Camp for 2 and half hours through the Khumbu Glacier. We have to carry water and some dry energy food. There is no Tea House at Base Camp; you can take pictures as much as you can in Base Camp… than we have to back to GorakSep again. Overnight at Gorak Sep.

Day 11 : Climb to Kalapaththar Everest Viewpoint 5555m./3 hrs,-Back to Phiriche 4240m./7hrs.
A very early start is required to reach the Kalapaththar. It takes 2 hours to reach the top by normal walk. We can see great sunrise view to Mount Everest. Kalapaththar is one of the Great Viewpoint for Everest. We can see panoramic views of many more mountains; Mount Pomori is just standing behind of Kalapaththar like a white snow cap. After taking pictures from the top we walk down to Gorek Sep than eat some food than start walk down to Phiriche village. Overnight at Phiriche

Day 12 : Trek to Phortse Village 3810m./5hrs.
Today the trail leads upper route to Phortse from Pangboche. This trail offers great views of Himalayas. This path is not much crowed and phortse is Typical Sherpa Village. We could see thy way to Gokyo Lake from here. Overnight at Phorte.

Day 13 : Trek to Namche Bazaar Via Khumjung Village 6hrs.
We walk down from phortse to Phortse Tenga than cross the river and climb up to Khumjung Village. Khumjung Village is known as Green Village which has nice landscape, organic potato fields, Monasteries, Souvenir shop, Bakeries café, School and Hospital, . All the houses are painted with green color. There is Hospital and School whish are made by Sir Edmund Hillary. There is a head of YETI at Khumjung Monastery. We will make short sight seeing in Khumjung village and 45 minute down to Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Namche.

Day 14 : Trek to Lukla 7hrs.
After Breakfast at Namche Bazaar, we will start our trek down to Phakding village which you did on second day than gradually up walk from phakding to Lukla is short hike. We will provide you the Documentary of Sir Edmund Hillary (If Possible). This night is the last night in Mountain, you may enjoy with your Nepali Guide and Porter. Overnight in Lukla.

Day 15 : Fly to Kathmandu
After having early hot Breakfast than check in to Airport. The Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu will be very interesting and stunning views of Nepal Himalayan ranges. It takes 25 minute flight to Kathmandu. Our Clerk will wait for you in Airport and escort you to the hotel in by Car. You can have your own time and enjoy yourself.

Day 16 : Extra Day
Today, it is free day for you and If in case extra reserve day for Lukla flight. Sometimes, the flight will be cancel due to weather condition. Extra day is Recommended. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 17 : Departure to your onward Destination
Himalaya Family will come to see you at hotel on suitable time and provide you transport from hotel to Tribhuvan International Airport than we will say good bye each other and Invite to visit Nepal again.
