Itinerary Outline

Day 01 :Arrival to Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel

Day 02 :Sight Seeing in Kathmandu Valley

Day 03 : Fly to Lukla 2840m./ 25 Minute/ Trek to Phakding village 2610m./3hrs.e

Day 04 :Trek to Namche Bazaar 3440m./7hrs.

Day 05 :Exploration trip to Syangboche View point 3850m.- Khumjung- Namche

Day 06 :Trek to Down to Lukla 7hrs.

Day 07 :Fly to Kathmandu-Transfer to Hotel

Day 08 :Final Departure.

Accomodation

Himalaya Family provide the accommodations during the trek are on twin sharing basis with inclusive cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene food and suitable location. Most of Lodges are well managed by rocks and wood in Everest areas. The Sherpa staffs are very friendly and kind. Most of the Lodges has clean rooms and separate Bathrooms. We will use small lodge during the trek and 2/3 star category Hotel in Kathmandu. We also provide 3/4/5 star hotel on your request.

Meals

We will provide the Food on full board basis will be served during the trek in the mountains. Three meals in a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) will be served from the the lodge. The dinner and breakfast will be served in the same lodge we spend the night. Lunch will be taken on the way to destination at a tea houses. Breakfasts will be served in Kathmandu as well. Most of the lodges has the food menu, Our Guide will suggest you the organic and hygienic local meal. Everest region has very special potatoes items on their Menu and Sherpa stew is recommend for soup.

Day 01 : Arrival to Kathmandu and Transfer to Hotel
When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our company representative will welcome you and drive towards the designated hotel. After a rest for a while, we will give a short briefing about our program and you will be provided with a Typical Nepali welcome Dinner in the evening.

Day 02 : Sight Seeing in Kathmandu Valley
Next day, we provide sightseeing guided by an expert to visit many beautiful places listed in the UNESCO heritage sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Durbar Square and many more.

Day 03 : Fly to Lukla 2840m./ 25 Minute/ Trek to Phakding village 2610m./3hrs.e
We all meet in the hotel in early morning, after Breakfast we will drive to Domestic terminal for flight to Lukla (25 minute) and a landing on a steep mountain runway brings us to the start of our trek at the village of Lukla. The trek leads to the Dudh Koshi river Valley on a well-marked trail and then stay overnight in Phakding.

Day 04 : Trek to Namche Bazaar 3440m./7hrs.
Normally we take Breakfast at 7:30 Am than start trek. Today we have to cross the Dudh Koshi River 5 times on high suspension bridges. There is the entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park which was set-up in order to protect and preserve the fragile mountain environment at Monjo village. After that we take a steep hike to Namche with the great views of Thamserku and Kwangde, if the weather is clear, we get the first glimpse of Mt Everest. Overnight at Namche.

Day 05 : Exploration trip to Syangboche View point 3850m.- Khumjung- Namche
Today we will do Sight seeing and explore Namche Bazaar. Namche is the main trading market of Khumbu village and has an abundance of lodges, tea shops and souvenir shops. It is an ideal place to spend a day, explore Khumjung Village. Khumjung (Green Village) is one of the largest Sherpa village in Khumbu region. There is very old Monastery and it has the Head Of "YETI". There are school and Hospital which are made by Edmund Hillary. After Visiting Khumjung Village, the trails climb shorly eastern side and you will see the great view point of Mount Everest. There is 5 star hotel which is run by Japanese management , where you can explore many more Khumbu Himalayan Ranges. Like: Thamserku, Kantega, Ama Damlum, Baruntse, Island Peak, Peak 38, Lhotse shar, Lhotse, Mount Everest, Nuptse, Cholatse, Thwache, Khumbila, Kwangde, Kusum Kangaru and many more. After havibg Lunch at Everest View, the trails lead downhill to Namche Bazaar, where you will visit Mountain Museum and Everest National Park center. Back to Hotel.also visit the National Park center. Back to Hotel for overnight stay.

Day 06 : Trek to Down to Lukla 7hrs.
After havibg Hot Breakfats at Namche, the trail lead down hill (same way back) all the way to phakding and gradually climb to Lukla for overnight stay.

Day 07 : Fly to Kathmandu-Transfer to Hotel
The flight from Lukla to Kathmandu is in the morning. The first plane arrive from Kathmandu and they will take the people from Lukla. It is very interesting fly back to Kathmandu from lukla, The run way is slope down and recently turn southern side to fly. Our Representatives will wait you in Kathmandu airport and transfer you to hotel. Free time.

Day 08 : Final Departure.
Himalaya Family will come to see you at hotel on suitable time and provide you transport from hotel to Tribhuvan International Airport than we will say good bye each other and Invite to visit Nepal again.
