Description
Langtang valley trek is closest from Kathmandu where you could get the massive snow-capped mountains and beautiful glaciers. Langtang valley trekking is also called the valley of glaciers trek. This valley is located only 19 miles north of Kathmandu. The whole trek is dominated by Mount Langtang Lirung (7246m) and offers pine forest, swift mountain streams, rugged rock and snow-capped peaks, grassy down and meadows.
On our trek we start in the lower Langtang Valley, trekking through its forests and among the villages and farmlands of its people, many of whom are of Tibetan origin. Once an important trading route with Tibet, this influence is reflected in the character of the villages and peoples. During part of the trek you will be walking through National Park, and through wildlife is never easy to spot in a forest setting, there are chances of seeing some interesting animals and birds. Among those found in the park are monkeys, musk deer, pica and the national bird of Nepal, the colorful Pheasants.
From Langtang village, the trail continues to lead to Kyangjin Gompa, the site of the Yak Cheese Factory. From here, a continuation to the pastures of Langsisakharka provides the good views of numerous glaciers, mountain views, and some huts.

Accomodation
Himalaya Family provide the accommodations during the trek are on twin sharing basis with inclusive cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene food and suitable location. Most of Lodges are well managed by rocks and wood in Langtang areas. The Local Tamag people are very friendly and kind. Most of the Lodges has clean rooms and separate Bathrooms. We will use small lodge during the trek and 2/3 star category Hotel in Kathmandu. We also provide 3/4/5 star hotel on your request.
Meals
In Langtang areas, We will provide the Food on full board basis will be served during the trek in the mountains. Three meals in a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) will be served from the the lodge. The dinner and breakfast will be served in the same lodge we spend the night. Lunch will be taken on the way to destination at a tea houses. Breakfasts will be served in Kathmandu as well. Most of the lodges in Langtang areas has the food menu, Our Guide will suggest you the organic and hygienic local meal. There is available of local organic vegetables from the garden. Either you can buy Miniral water OR use the natural spring water and put purification drops.

When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our company representative will welcome you and drive towards the designated hotel. After a rest for a while, we will give a short briefing about our program and you will be provided with a Typical Nepali welcome Dinner in the evening.
Day 2 : Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley
Next day, we provide sightseeing guided by an expert to visit many beautiful places listed in the UNESCO heritage sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Durbar Square and many more.
