Makalu B.C. trek is an extra adventure; the professional trekkers who would like to venture deep into the high Himalayas can do this trek. This trek offers the most breath taking scenes of the Himalaya. The trekkers can view the giant Makalu above them, which is the fifth highest mountain of the world at 8468m. The other mountains that are in the view are the Everest, Lhotse, Baruntse and more peaks. Both of the river valleys Arun and Barun lead to the Makalu base camp exploring verity of flora, Fauna and geographic diversity. The scenic beauty of the surroundings cannot be described in words. At the upper portion of the trail one can see granite cliffs with glaciers and enchanting waterfalls keep them over flowing. The Makalu base camp 4870 m lies in Makalu Barun National park established in 1992, after flying to Tumlingtar the trekkers proceed to Arun river valley and then to Num. This region has the natural beauty and the diversity among the surroundings is incredible. National Park host 3000 species of flowering plants, 440 species of birds and 75 species of mammals, including the endangered Snow Leopard, Red Panda, Musk Deer, Wild Boar, Yak and Himalayan Goat etc.
Researchable biodiversity of this area considered as a global significance, and a living laboratory for international scientific research; in this way it is necessary to touch the Makalus the living laboratory and superb Himalayan Shangri-La, before die. The local communities are Sherpa, Limbus and Rai.. The trekking trail passes through dense forests. It is not a low altitude trek; it is centered on Arun River valley which is in eastern Nepal. While the most remote as well as unfrequented areas make this trekking highly demanding, the scenic beauty and adventure aspect make it an unbeaten as well as outstanding trek. Since the trekkers can enjoy natural beauty throughout, they never get tired. This is a camping trek because of the isolation of this region and the absence of tea houses. Those who are physically strong and have a passion for adventure will enjoy the trips to M.B.C.

Accomodation
You will have Accommodation in Kathmandu in Hotel (twin sharing Basis), single supplement will be provided. And before starting of trek, we also use the hotel with Breakfast. During the trek, we will have accommodation at 2 men camping tent, seasonal sleeping bags with waterproof mattress. We will choose the safe seasonal camping places depends on weather condition. There will be separate toilet tent nearby your tent.
Meals
Food for the Camping trek, we will provide 3 meals a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) with hot drinks. You will take fresh cooked hygienic food (Nepali, Chinese, Indian, and Continental) which is cooked by our professional cook. We will serve boiled water to drink. Breakfast in Kathmandu/Pokhara in your hotel.
Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our company representative will welcome you and drive towards the designated hotel. After a rest for a while, we will give a short briefing about our program and you will be provided with a Typical Nepali welcome Dinner in the evening.
Day 2 : Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley
Next day, we provide sightseeing guided by an expert to visit many beautiful places listed in the UNESCO heritage sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Durbar Square and many more.
