Nagarkot to Dhulikhel Hiking is the most exciting hiking in Nepal. The hiking trail is filled with exotic forest and offers glamorous views of Himalayas and traditional hamlets. It takes you to the alluring hill station of Nagarkot and Dhulikhel with the magnificent views of the Himalayas. Nagarkot is an absolutely exquisite site which is about 30 Kilometers away from Kathmandu. Nagarkot is rather famous as a view point to view the stunning views of sunrise and sunset. Towering at an elevation of 2195 meters, it is one of the most loved travel sites of Bhaktapur. Nagarkot offers superb views of Annapurna range, Manaslu range, Ganesh himal range, Langtang range, Jugal range, Rolwaling range, Everest range and Numbur range.

Dhulikhel is another popular tourist destination which is 35 Kilometer northeast from Kathmandu. It carries with it a majestic beauty of nature and numerous cultural and natural heritages. Dhulikhel offers finest panoramic views of snowcapped mountains and scenic landscapes. The mountains look like they are floating in the air when the blue haze covers the lower portion of the mountains. Dhulikhel is a paradise for tourists and nature lovers. The scenic view of beautiful mountains, hills filled with green vegetation, open landscapes etc make it a most admirable tourist destination.

Namobuddha is situated at an elevation of 1750m. It is very important Buddhist Pilgrimage which lies about 38 kilometers east of Kathmandu. The Stupa and shrines built in this lovely little hill mark a very ancient holy site which signifies the place where a legendary prince named Mahasattva offered himself to a starving Tigress with its several underfed cubs. This legendary episode is depicted in a very nice stone slab and depicted right next to a holy Stupa.

Day 4 :Trek to Dhulikhel 1550m./5hrs. Overnight at Dhulikhel

Day 5 :Trek to Namobuddha 1750m./4hrs.

Day 6 :Trek to Panauti 2hrs./ Drive to Kathmandu 1hrs.

 Accomodation

Himalaya Family provide the accommodations during the trek are on twin sharing basis with inclusive cost and are chosen based on standard of hygiene food and suitable location. Most of the Lodges has clean rooms and separate Bathrooms. We will use small lodge during the trek and 2/3 star category Hotel in Kathmandu. We also provide 3/4/5 star hotel on your request.


 Meals

We will provide the Food on full board basis will be served during the trek in the mountains. Three meals in a day (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) will be served from the the lodge. The dinner and breakfast will be served in the same lodge we spend the night. Lunch will be taken on the way to destination at a tea houses. Breakfasts will be served in Kathmandu as well. Most of the lodges has the food menu, Our Guide will suggest you the organic and hygienic local meal.


Day 1 : Arrival at Kathmandu and transfer to Hotel
When you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA), our company representative will welcome you and drive towards the designated hotel. After a rest for a while, we will give a short briefing about our program and you will be provided with a Typical Nepali welcome Dinner in the evening.

Day 2 : Guided Sightseeing in Kathmandu valley
Next day, we provide sightseeing guided by an expert to visit many beautiful places listed in the UNESCO heritage sites such as the Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, Swoyambhunath Stupa, Durbar Square and many more.

Day 3 : Drive to Changunarayan Temple 1hrs.- Hike to Nagarkot 2195m./3hrs.

Day 4 : Trek to Dhulikhel 1550m./5hrs. Overnight at Dhulikhel

Day 5 : Trek to Namobuddha 1750m./4hrs.

Day 6 : Trek to Panauti 2hrs./ Drive to Kathmandu 1hrs.
